We spent 4 nights while on a coach trip from Scotland and wish to congratulate the hosts and staff of the Min Y Don. Not only did they great and feed us when we arrived 5 hours late due to motorway closures but they made our whole stay fantastic. The hotel is very clean and the food excellent. Staff could...

Bedroom was very small and the shower room/toilet I could not use the toilet without the door being open as it was that small. The shower was not very good as there was little pressure. The bed was of a poor quality and needs changing as it has gone by its sell by date not a good nights sleep. Overall...

Great sea front location and due to my partner's temporary disability we requested and were given a first floor room. It was a good size, very clean and comfortable, enjoying a lovely view across the bay to the Little Orme. Fresh towels, plenty of hot water, tea and coffee and a decent shower in the room, satisfying our needs. There...

This has to be one of the poorest hotels that I have ever stayed in.Visited as part of a coach trip and we were met by the clinging smell of food as we entered which was bad enough but then we saw the bedrooms. Antiquated bedding & badly finished decorating.Cupboard sized bathroom with no suitable storage. Plugs hanging off the...
