Stayed for a weekend in July in the excellent Imperial Hotel, location, room, food, staff all very good. We had a large suite with 2 bedrooms so we had our daughter and 2 granddaughters with us and it was a large enough apartment style suite to accommodate us. We had both breakfast and dinner so sampled good food served by...

This is a great place for a weekend getaway, I came here for one night and even though the hotel is fairly old, the rooms felt very modern and well decorated. Our room had a balcony too which was great for views of the bay and a nice place to sit out to enjoy a glass of wine or two....

Seven girls stayed over night on Saturday and I must say the service from checking in, and restaurant staff was brilliant. The restaurant Manager greets his guests and came over to ask was everything in order or did we need anything else. The food is what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Rooms are well equipped with everything...

Surprise mass cream tea for a relative. Service and food as you would expect. All fresh and good quality - sandwiches, cakes, scones & Bara Brith. Lashing of tea or coffee served constantly. Lovely environment of an elderly, traditional seafront hotel. Great views from front onto promenade, sea and pier.

Lovely couple of nights away with my partner. The hotel is old style but clean and beautifully decorated. Great food and extensive selection of wine. Staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast will keep you going all day!

The Imperial in LLandudno is a grand old hotel. As such it has both the advantages and quirks of a classic old building. It is a maze of hallways, staircases, and rooms. Our daughter loved exploring all the different areas. Our room was a beautiful two room suite facing the ocean. It had a great view of the sea and...

Very good quality hotel, quite expensive, very traditional , lots of elderly people. The sea view room was outstanding, large and comfortably furnished, and very clean. The Restaurant was good but I felt overpriced for Llandudno. The Terrace was a much less formal affair, serving afternoon teas and more basic evening fare. Parking is a pain, very few spaces available(...

We stayed at the Imperial Hotel as it was, quite literally, the only room we could get! We made a last minute trip to North Wales and having never been to Llandudno, I convinced my husband we should have a night there. We had a sea facing room on floor 5. Lovely views, but the room was not worth the...

We understand and accept that everyone’s tastes vary greatly so we appreciate that you acknowledged the bedroom was large and very clean but we’re disappointed you thought it was expensive when we are competitively priced with all four star hotels in the resort. We stayed in the Superior double room. This was superb with a separate dressing area and a large modern bathroom. The gym is good with helpful staff and the breakfast was very filling with an excellent selection. Service was also prompt, a little too prompt in fact.
