We were only able to stay one night due to our travel plans, however, we most certainly will be back. A beautiful establishment, located in the perfect position in Llandudno. The room had all necessities and was beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

Booked a night away - special offer for wales residents due to covid restrictions. Excellent value for bed & breakfast. The week before our stay welsh assembly announced the closure of restaurants and licensed premises from 6pm. However we decided to still go. Received thorough information prior to our stay - swift check-in and room keys and info were all in sealed envelope. We were allocated room 123 and it was amazing being on the corner we were able to go on the balcony and view Llandudno shoreline We had dinner at the hotel and chose their festive menu- which was excellent - strange not to have drinks and wine with our dinner but these are strange times. We found the hotel thorough with their implementing covid restrictions to ensure all residents and staff are kept illness free. We will be back

After our wonderful stay in October we booked for a two night stay 27 and 28/11. Once again we received excellent service from all members of staff. The Hotel rooms are clean and well appointed. No room service is currently provided due to covid which is understandable. However, if you require anything you simply contact reception... The breakfast selection is amply and the food is of a high standard. The added bonus is the current price offer for Welsh residents... Other customers have complained about the car park....It's a Victorian Hotel with limited parking. The receptionist advised us to park outside the Hotel...(Free overnight parking) A great hotel in a great location...

Well......yet another hotel blaming poor service on the corvid...and weekend only opening..... Check in.........we were handed the pen to sign in that the receptionist used....????????? I have recently stayed in many hotels....the best of treating customers to a full service being Holiday Inn Express and at half the price of this hotel. Food choice was awful, so we went out for a meal on both nights. Very noisy with bus trippers???? Always thought and led to believe this was one of the best in Llandudno, bordering on rude staff and no room servicing, but no reduction on price? Weekends only opening to reap once again the benefits of corvid. Second morning at breakfast they took a full half an hour to be served...then trying the best to get us out so they could close until next weekend. Can you get cheaper bread for morning toast...I dont think so! Also.......best to keep breakfast comments that waitresses were saying to each other behind closed doors....like....."Feeding the animals is over for another morning" On checkout we stated our concerns....and was met with shrugged shoulders ....... Sorry......Never again.

I was going to try to respond fully to the review but then reading '' to reap the benefits of covid'' .... there were NO benefits at all gained whatsoever... its better to to ask TA users to see the many reviews complimenting the service and adaptations to covid guidelines, our rates were heavily discounted and I'm very proud of the team working and adapting to those restrictions. The tone of the review recognizes the rudeness and not of my team... as you say never again. Tony Burns Director
