Hello Mrs Gannon-Hollis First of all please let me say thank you for your kind remarks that you made in regards Rebecca and breakfast staff I do apologise if you was under impression that I wanted to offend you . When you reported the problem at your check out I offered to come with you and see what was wrong with your room door . On our way to your room I have explained to you that the guests main doors will not look from inside-being a fire door - but from outside will be locked if you insert the key card with the chip up into the door lock. When I went with you upstairs your partner was left in front of your room door and myself and yourself went inside , than you told the gentleman to open the door , which could do it because it was Locked . Seeing that you said that this it didn't happened on the previous night and you left using the stairs and shouting that you will never stay at our property again . I'm very sorry to hear that you will not use our property again I wish you a good day

About the Annex building: We have 8 small double rooms in the annex, the annex being a separate building situated behind the hotel It does not have a lift. It's a non-smoking building and pets are not allowed. The size of the rooms are very small and there is no internet connection or Wifi. The hotel does not have a private car park. Parking is available in front of the hotel or along the Promenade (pay and display, no charges from 16:00 until 10:00 the next day). Parking is also available by the train station for just £2/12 hours (5 -7 min away) or at the Venue Cymru for £5/24 hrs (7-10 min away from the hotel).
