My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights on our first visit to Llandudno. We received a warm and friendly welcome and that theme continued throughout our stay. The staff were friendly efficient and professional. The hotel is immaculately clean and the...More
Has sunday lunch here with friends. 3 courses costs £17.95. Starter and sweets were lovely, but not sure what happened to the mains. Everything seemed to have far too much salt and black pepper on it. What a pity but it really spoilt a lovely...More
Very late booking. Manager on duty was most welcoming and very polite. Room was warm and comfortable. Drinks at bar reasonable priced. Large quality breakfast in nice surroundings. A nice feel about the place. Would definitely go back.
Stayed here one night.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and the food and service in the restaurant were of the highest quality. There's lots of places to choose from in Llandudno but this hotel would be hard to beat...More

There is a small lift which fits 2 people, 3 at a squeeze. I have a mobility disability and although there doesn’t seem to be as many accessories as some of the larger hotels speak to any of the staff when booking and whilst there they help in every way. I use a mobility scooter and the hotel has ramps which are quite sturdy to get in and out and the hotel charge my scooter over night. Always ask them if you are not sure as if it’s possible they have alternatives and the owners and staff are so caring and helpful.
