We stayed for one night in March 2017. It is a very welcoming hotel with a bit of Alice in wonderland history. The rooms are very comfortable and has a very cosy bed, there is even a mini bar. The hotel itself was spacious and is licenced with views over the pier and the sea, with shops, pubs and places...

I booked afternoon tea here for a family treat with my elderly in-laws and the hotel had set us up a room at the front of the property with an interesting view of the seafront and plenty of room around the table. One of our party needed additional assistance as they are in a wheelchair and nothing was too much...

The room was comfortable and well provided with teas , coffees, toiletries etc.The staff were helpful and friendly. The bar was open until well after midnight. I would stay here again

Car parking system worked well for us - staff make sure there is a space within easy walking distance. It all worked well even...

We stayed in the Alice room which has a small sitting room attached to the bedroom. It was very comfortable and both rooms had lovely vies accross the bay. Breakfasts were excellent and Dinners were very good with a wide choice. It was one of the most friendly hotels we have stayed in. The only slight drawback is car parking...

Just an overnight stay with my wife and her mother. Excellent service from booking in to booking out. Parking space immediately outside front of hotel luggage taken to our rooms. The rooms were classically decorated and great comfy beds with quality bedding. We had two double rooms with sea views each with clean and excellent bathrooms. Tea (selection) and ground...
