Davies family. Stayed 20/01/2017. Sorted us a family room last minute in a deal, breakfast included. Decor needs updating drastically, but we had clean beds, tv and wifi for the night. On site parking, lift to all floors. Standard but a bit old fashioned. Thanks for the stay.

Me and my husband got a special deal on Groupon and we stayed at the Kinmel Hotel for a night in late November when the Christmas trees were lit outside a lot of the hotels on the front. It was a lovely, quaint hotel with very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. We will go back in this...

Beds comfortable sheets clean. Quilts not so clean. Rooms clean but old. Bath,no shower , plenty of hot water. Overall it was ok . We didn't have breakfast. In general the whole place could do with a re-vamp.

The Kinmel is nearly a good hotel. We booked for 2 nights over the new year weekend. The staff are pleasant the breakfast was plentiful and bordered on very good. Cold plates let food cool quickly. A variety of cereals, fruit juices and fruit were available. It's all buffet service though. Our coffee was quite good and served hot. The...

Here's my top ten- 1- We were kept waiting outside in sub zero temperatures while other guests and luggage were using the lift to their rooms. Many of our party were elderly and were really cold. 2-My sister's room smelled so badly of smoke she had to get another room. 3- We were told her new room had been recently...

Two friends and myself went on a Tinsel and Turkey weekend to this hotel with a coach company. Hotel does need some updating but the food, bedrooms and the entertainment was good. Excellent location opposite the sea front. We enjoyed the break as we visited various places on one of the coach's excursions. Staff were limited so had to wait...

On a recent visit over a weekend for a golf break me and a mate discovered a way of washing ourselves that took us back to our childhood in the 70s . The shower wasn't working with water coming out slowly and boiling hot and as the temperature control was broke we couldn't turn the temperature down ! So we...

You get a nice friendly welcome. The hotel does need updating but everwhere always seemed clean. Comfy beds and beautiful white towels. Breakfast was self service, yummy bacon, sausage, toms, mushrooms scrambled egg etc: all freshly cooked. Just one small complaint, the plates were always cold. Always a choice for the evening meal - fish, meat or vegetarian. The meat...
