The Lighthouse is an old building perched at the top of a high cliff in a remote location with breathtaking views. The rooms have been kept as original as possible, but they are well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfasts were ample and well prepared. There is ample on-site parking. Highly recommended!

If you have a bucket list this place should be at the top, everything about it has a wow factor and the owners Fiona and Ray are the perfect hosts. The rooms have their own character and charm, the views are incredible even down to watching the dolphins and seals playing in the sea 400 feet below.

We had read about The Lighthouse and decided to put it on our bucket list. We were not disappointed! We stayed for 2 nights in the Lamp Room. The room was large and comfortable. And the views were spectacular! Breakfast each morning was delicious. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. They gave us a tour of the grounds and...

We stopped here for one night in May on a tour of Wales. We had seen the Lighthouse featured on a television programme and we were not disappointed. A very unique place to stay. We had the Telegraph Room which has extensive views over the sea and a separate little sitting room. All is decorated and furnished with antiques, appropriate...

When we left Australia for a month in the UK a friend recommended we take the time to go to LLandudno and stay at The Lighthouse. We did and it is a great experience. Lighthouses fascinate everyone - this one has been here since 1862 - it's on the edge of a cliff. The three guest rooms are amazing with...

Stayed in the Lamp Room, wow factor with the view. Breakfast very generous. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. You would need to drive into Llandudno for an evening meal, however a taxi is reasonable, ask the owners.

We booked all three rooms for a celebration of my parents diamond anniversary. The anticipation was huge, as we'd booked it 14 months ahead to ensure the date and the availability. It certainly did not disappoint, in fact it surpassed our expectations. As soon as you enter you realize this is going to be a totally unique and special visit....

We stayed two nights in the Telegraph room and it was impressive. The views were stunning, and being able to climb onto the roof was great. Our room also had a separate sitting area with an electric fire – a perfect place for reading on a gusty evening. The breakfasts were generous and tasty. Having access to the kitchen to...

Cheesy title, I know, but it really was windy on our first night! Which made our stay all the more wonderful. We stayed in the marvellous telegraph room, with its exclusive access to the roof! The decor feels so authentic and such a welcome change from modern generic hotels. I had the best night's sleep. Lovely sitting in the little...
