We came for. A four day break with National Holidays. The hotel is ideally situated at the edge of the bay. Food was fine, room was ok. Clean bedding towels etc. Very good value for what we paid. The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. As others have said everywhere is very warm sometimes uncomfortably hot so the management really...

Book for two nights on a valentines deal. From start to finish the staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a sea view room which nice and clean. Our deal included dinner and breakfast which were both self service but nice food and lots of choice. Would definitely stay again and would recommend

My partner and I stayed for one night on 17/2/17 at TheGrand. There was a few things id like to point out. Firstly the heat in the hotel - unbearable. We had to keep the window open all night. The lift wasn't working, and the Sausages we cheap and nasty. The staff where friendly enough. No real problems there. The...

The staff are the stars of this hotel.Breakfasts are really good.Rooms small and the decor need s a lot of attention. Clean beds and towels bath room need upgrade. Leaking pipe's not a good extra. Two nights is enough but really can't complain about value for money. Don't expected too much but will stay again for overnight stay

My husband and I visited THE GRAND on a 5 day break with NATIONAL HOLIDAYS...we were allocated room 423 which faced a wall...that in itself was not really a problem after all how long do you spend looking out of a hotel window, just draw the curtains ... the problem was the size of the room ,it looked as if a...

We did enjoy this hotel, the rooms could do with a bit of TLC. But bedding was clean, the meals were good and plenty of it, staff very helpful, there was entertainment every night, but not our sort, the only reason we give it 3 stars, is because the rooms looked so tired
