Stayed just one night. Hotel in magnificent position overlooking the pier and the wonderful Llandudno bay. Staff friendly enough but the rooms are looking tired and worn. bedroom had great sea view, but rusty balcony and bathroom needed major refit, despite being clean. Buffet breakfast was uninspiring and food was cold.

The location of the hotel is ideal: stunning views of the bay of Llandudno; close to shops; to the promenade and pier and The Great Orme park. Our room had a balcony; lots of hot water; good sized bathroom; long mirror on the wall; bed was comfortable and linen clean. Nothing to complain about. Good choice of food at breakfast...

stayed as part of a coach tour.First had to mend furniture in bedroom, the evening meal was a shambles. The whole hotel wants a good update inside and painting on the outside. Some staff were good and others did not know their job particularly in the bar.Would we stay here again? NO WAY.

Booked in for one night at a special discount, for the price i can't complain really. Did not spend much time in the room but was clean and had everything we needed ( towels, soap, tea etc). Did not get a good nights sleep as bed was quite hard and pillows so thin. I don't think I will return bar...

My partner and I stayed here this week as part of a coach trip for the week. Check in was efficient and staff friendly. When I got to our room I realised the main room light didn't work. I rang reception who promptly sent a very friendly repair man who sorted. The room was small but clean and the bed...
