Don't go to this hotel on a coach tour...The rooms (especially 401) is dire and in particular the toilet...If on a coach party and note there can be at least 9 coaches in at a time, so queuing up at meal times was something my wife and myself along with everybody else, were subjected to despite us being allocated particular...

Stayed on a Groupon deal the weekend before Christmas. This is a beautiful old hotel in desperate need of total refurbishment. We had a standard room at the back of hotel so no view at all and as an upgrade wasn't offered at reception I didn't feel able to ask for one. I wish I had now as I have...

A one rating is too much for this hotel. Had a terrible stay, room stunk of rotting fish, bathroom was filthy. We moved rooms, second one was marginally better. Breakfast was awful, sausages were not cooked and the eggs were watery, hardly scrambled eggs, more like reconstituted from powder! We weren't asked our room number at breakfast so I am...

Came to Llandudno to see the Pantomime with my wife, 3 year old and friends. We booked two rooms at the great price of just £32 b&b and entertainment! Rooms were basic but clean and functional for a one night stay. We always upgrade to a larger room when we stay longer though. Sampled the entertainment in the evening and...

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. But even worthy of 1 rating. Only on road parking, which is ok but not many spaces for such a large hotel. Asked about a car park close by, told not to park there by a member of staff as it could get vandalised! Also told to be careful walking opposite...

Went for a 2 night stay, included was breakfast and 1 3 course evening meal. Evening meal was not too good, but breakfast was ok, could have cereals and toast and jam. The cooked food was not too good. Staff very friendly, room was adequate. Would go again. Llandudno is very nice, clean and lovely buildings
