Thank you for this lovely review. We did enjoy having you stay with us and hope you will return again. The weekend you were with us was one of our best with super guests, fun in the dining room and a lot of great conversations between all the guests. Pity about the rain.

This was our first visit to Ann & David's B & B and we were not disappointed. In fact we were truly impressed by the level of accommodation and the quality of the breakfasts. The rooms were tastefully decorated, well appointed and very clean. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. The tea/coffee making facility in the room was also much appreciated...

Our first visit to Ashlawn house will not be our last as this was an excellently presented, and superbly hosted bed and breakfast that offers excellent value for money. The rooms were light and spacious and very well equipped, the breakfast was a real treat - and everywhere was spotlessly clean showing the obvious pride in this B&B. Looking forward...

We had a fantastic weekend and really enjoyed your company. We would love to see you here again at any time. Try the Autumn - we often have far better weather than in the rest of the country - perhaps not lying on the beach, but certainly some lovely walking - and yes - kayaking for you!.

Me and two friends spent three nights in here this past august and we couldn't have been happier about it. The place was beautiful, easy to find and in walking distance to everything in Llandudno, with the added value of being in a really calm street, there was absolutely no noise during the nights. Spotless clean and well mantained. We...

I feel we should be thanking you as we really did enjoy your company. We were really sorry to see you leave. It is not everywhere that you get served breakfast by a Welsh James Bond. Mel was very flattered. I hope that the rest of your trip was as much fun.

Lovely bed and breakfast spotlessly clean, decent breakfast plenty of choice and good quality. Friendly and helpful. We had a small double at the back with a view of Gt Orme No6 very nicely appointed. En suite fully tiled with shower cubicle (bit small for the more portly of us) shower has thermostatic controls and rose of the needle jet...

This is my second time of staying with Anne and David and things haven't changed. The standard is set very high by Anne and they work hard at keeping that way. We stayed in room 10 a new room and the view from the window is stunning of the oram. Very large bed Queen size I think. Tv and a...

Stayed for a week in July, this was our second visit to this house. Ann and Dave are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They really make you feel welcome and are very friendly. Dave cooks a good breakfast and Ann keeps us amused with her stories. Mel is great fun too and will help if you need...

We very much enjoyed having you all with us and what lovely polite children you have. I feel I should write a review on them. Your son has a great sense of humour and it was just a pleasure to meet you all. I hope you return sometime in the future. It is nice when families come back and we...
