Just returned from a two night stay at The Manor and was really impressed with the whole experience. Friendly, efficient staff and our room on the first floor which had a great sea view was very comfortable. Lovely comfy bed, en-suite shower, flat screen TV and the usual tea and coffee making facilities with a good supply of beverages which... More

The accommodation was clean but dated. Assumptions were made that could have been embarrassing. Decor was poor, would benefit from a visit from The Hotel Inspector, and health and safety was clearly not a high priority. I was not informed before arrival at the hotel ( more a glorified guest house ), that it did not serve food other than... More

Being in such a great location, with helpful and hardworking staff, this could be a lovely venue. However, my recent stay was really disappointing. Colleagues and I were in Llandudno for a conference, and were therefore working in our rooms some of the time, and for the first day or two the rooms were absolutely freezing! Staff offered us extra... More

I like small and friendly when and this place could be a gem after a visit from TV The Hotel Inspector. Free parking available courtesy of all road tax payers if you can find a space. Had a cool welcome from an unhappy staff member moaning openly about the new owners "not treating the staff well" while I was sat... More

Stayed in rooms 17 & 18 which is a suite on the top floor with my husband and 2 children. Our main reason for the weekend away was the fireworks which were in fact cancelled but we decided to continue with the trip as we don't very often go away as a family. We made a trip to Caenarfon Castle... More

The hotel was nice, staff were nice, unfortunately we were unable to sleep as there was a problem in the cavity of the window and as it was a windy day/night it sounded like their was pneumatic drill in the room. Other guests were affected as well but as the hotel was full we could not be re-roomed. Breakfast was... More

A lovely hotel, we stayed in room 5 with a great view of the bay. The hotel was nice and clean. A bar downstairs if you was in need of a wet one, with sky TV. The breakfast was very good? A full English or cereals with yogurts. It was a 20 minutes walk down to Llandudno centre . The... More

Stayed for one night whilst attending conference. Hotel is conveniently located on seafront at quieter end of the town. My single room was very compact and a little dated, Shower was very small and bed was also small but comfortable. Breakfast was good however only served between 8.00 - 9.00. Parking was free on the street outside. Overall ok but... More
