Breakfast is excellent - full cooked available and very well cooked at that. The best test is always poached egg and on both occasions, mine was perfect (with bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, fried bread, hash brown and tomato).

The receptionist was unhelpful, the breakfast was clearly microwaved, the duvet was too small, the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned (urine flecks on tiled floor), found the top from a water bottle and an After Eight wrapper under the bed.
