We stayed one night. Our room was 109 and had a double and two single beds even though it was just me and the wife. A very large room with a bay window area we sat in to watch storm Doris the next morning. We turned the radiator down and the room was then cooler and comfortable, so no complaints with...

I booked a 5 day break with National Holidays for my mum. It was actually for a different hotel but was changed to the Chatsworth House Hotel. The hotel was newly opened after the winter. We came to Llandudno on a 5-day holiday in the summer: we loved our hotel! The room was HUGE and the hotel had a lovely pool. The view was breathtaking and sunrise was beautiful: there are lots of seagulls that try and pinch your food and others make nests on your windowsill!!! The staff were awesome and the food was...

Inside it was clean pleasant and homely. Our bedroom faced the sea and although the window was smallish and high up we had a good view when we stood in...

Old , tired rooms , 70's style furniture, hole in floor covered by dirty aged carpet. Our room was tiny , bathroom so small the sink was in the bedroom! No wifi , when we asked about it we were told the walls are to thick so it's very weak ( non existent) The staff however are pleasant enough and...

We were here for the New Year weekend, so 3 nights 4 days. Our room was only just acceptable, didn't really want the hand wash basin in the bedroom. The shower cubicle needed a lot of attention although it gave us lots of hot water, eventually........the toilet was a lovely shade of avocado. ALL in need of updating., although our...

Not a good hotel, food terrible, rooms variable, no matress cover on our bed.(.thin sheet straight over matress),staff pleasant. The only really good thing was the pool.We went for the turkey and tinsell weekend (10 of us)and they refused to put tables together, although there was plenty of room.
