Our family room with sea view was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Staff were friendly, apart from the breakfast waitress but can't say I was too bothered about her. It was a shame swimming pool was shut but I was aware of that before hand. Bar area was nicely decorated and comfortable. My...

Had a few great days at the Chatsworth great food good room and great staff. The ramp to enter with a wheelchair is very steep and I found it difficult to push my wife up in her wheelchair. The only other drawback we found was getting to our ground floor room was we had to go through the dining room...

We have stayed at the Chatsworth House Hotel a few times we've always been more than happy. Great size family room, lovely staff and great location. Would recommend to anyone who wants a central location and a lovely hotel and not too expensive.

I was so disappointed to pull up at you're hotel, when entering, I saw a notice on you're front door informing us the swimming pool was not ready for use. This was most disappointing as I had only booked with you're hotel as you had a swimming pool, my 2 year old is a keen swimmer and I thought this...

Arrived on the morning of our stay, having booked 2 rooms, both required a little extra cleaning. Skirting boards in one were thick with dust, as were the carpets in corners etc. Cup wasn't clean and the windowsill was thick with dust. The room was average for a single but poorly laid out! One having a double bed squeezed into...

Stayed in a twin room which should have been a single room as it was so small. Had to trail through the dining room to get to it which made me think they were offices which they had made into extra bedrooms. The bathroom was the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. No room to manoeuvre and the sliding door...

This hotel is in dire need of a facelift! The room we had was freezing cold and the wind was coming through the sash Windows. We had to change rooms to another that was much warmer but had no view (apart from a fire exit!). The carpets and decor were tired as was the entertainment! Not worth the money!

I stayed at this hotel on the 27/2. I was staying with some friends I know who were in another room. We were attracted to stay here because of the location and also the swimming pool, however the pool and all of the facilities with it were closed. We only found this out when we arrived. My room had everything...
