Stayed 1 night on business, Cannot fault the staff friendliness. A warm welcome and constant friendly approach. A major blunder occurred though. Allocated a room and when entering found a guy sat in the room not wearing very much! Receptionist was very embarrassed and full of apologies but this shouldn't have happened. More embarrassing for the gentleman in the room... More

We stayed here for 5 days on a coach trip and the location is great. I , particularly loved the swimming pool and swam every morning before breakfast. Our room was a decent size and the food was very good and plentiful. Just across the road was the promenade , perfect for a stroll and also close to the shops.

Myself and my husband stayed here for a week as part of our majestic coach trip. Hotel in excellent position on seafront with views of the pier and Great Orme. We arrived feeling in the holiday mood, however, our mood very quickly changed when we stepped over the threshold of our allocated room...room 277. The room was very dark and so small that it left us both feeling closed-in. The room was so small that there was... More
