My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night after spending some time in Brecon. I think we may have been spoiled in the 5 star B&B we had previously stayed in which was exactly the same price. There was no comparison i.e. there was no personal touch such a warm friendly welcome asking if you had a...

Thank you for your review, we welcome any feedback from our guests. We are sorry to hear you did not experience a warm welcome to our B&B, as a family run business we can assure you that this is not usually the case. It was gratifying however to hear that you slept well and enjoyed your breakfast. We do use...

12 of us stayed here and after nearly not getting all of us a room, the manager managed to sort it in the end after confusion about the booking. The staff were all lovely and the breakfasts were great too. All 12 of us thought the rooms were, comfortable and clean and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Nice and...

Good location for the centre of town. No parking at Sunnyside, we had to leave the car a 6+ minutes walk away. We were told our room was on the 1st floor, in fact it was on the 2nd floor which was up a very steep and narrow staircase making the carrying of the luggage extremely difficult. The twin room...

We do offer to take luggage to your room on...

Recently stayed at The Sunnyside. Room was lovely and clean although the toilet did need to be fixed as it wobbled. There is a lot of stairs which we were not aware of. Breakfast was good. Only stayed 2 nights and would stay again. Only thing was staff didn't seem to know much about local transport, they could do with...

Place was very clean and nice. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room nicely decorated and complimentary toiletries were lovely. Location close to everything we wanted. Free parking outside a bonus IF you manage to get a space which we did. Breakfast average but was included in the price which was decent so can't grumble. Unfortunately no lift so will not be...

An ideal centre for walking in Snowdonia as Pen y pass car park for Snowdon isn't far away and of course you have all the ammenities of Llandudno in the...
