I spent 16 weeks staying at this place,i just dont understand some of the negative reviews. Its basic, clean and has all of the needed facilities in a cheap B&B. The cafe below serves good, wholesome traditional food, and the current price tag of £25 includes a good English breakfast. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending this place to anyone wanting...

This is the best place for a fry up in the area by far! Perfect for a Sunday hangover cure with a cuppa, I will definitely be coming back for another slice of the cheesecake too. Great value for money and the staff are so friendly.

Best breakfast around good service place needs lickof paint but it does the job. Had new chairs and high back seats look nice. Prefer to have breakfast then roast there but the woman who work there do a brilliant job.

Now let's start with the positives.... -leaving And now with the negatives... This was by far the worst place I have ever been. I booked a room for the night and ended leaving. There were junkies and hookers staying in the rooms. I spoke to one lady about the toilet and she just said use the sink! There was mould...

Well what can i say, we turned up looked around and left. Ive never written a tripadvisor review before but felt compelled to just at how bad it really was. Dirty, weirdo people staying there, disgusting bed, poor upkeep, just generally unpleasant really. It was more like a squat house than somewhere you would actually pay to stay. I couldnt...

This is the the most filthy, ransacked place I have ever booked to stay at. Bed linen looked like it had never been changed, EVER! Shower had almost as much green growing fungus as the fridge contents! Doors throughout had holes in the panels! This place looked like a crime scene from a very bad movie! Just STAY AWAY

Jack's Cafe Bed and Breakfast is sited on a busy junction coming into Ipswich. It is nestled between Sainsburys car park and Sainsburys petrol station and is above the cafe. That is where the positive side stops. This place has to rate as one of the worst places I have ever put my head down for the night and coming...
