We were here for a birthday weekend and we couldn't have been anywhere more special to celebrate. The views are amazing, the outside terrace is a lovely place to watch the sunset with a drink and the staff are all very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, rooms immaculate and very well laid out, there is really nothing I can fault. We...

Very nice hotel but well overpriced. It was Easter and the hotel industry feel they can charge double for this period, that is not right, hotels needs to look at their charges, they were far too expensive here. We are a typical family visiting areas and the extra cost is too steep, definitely not value for money. I would not...

Arrived for a wedding, at a nearby wedding venue, around 1200. Had asked for an early check in and this was in place which was very pleasing. Given room 205 by a very efficient member of staff on reception. First impressions of the room was very pleasing, an excellent view of poole Harbour, Sandbanks and Brownsea Island. The room was...

We visited this hotel 10 years ago and loved it. Sadly it has suffered with time. The receptionist in arrival was very friendly but her uniform was very grubby giving a poor first impression. Our room was spacious with a great view but it was very basic, furnished with cheap furniture, walls were badly scuffed with some ripped wallpaper and...

Wonderful hotel, waking up to the stunning view of Sandbanks, Brownsea Island and Poole Harbour every day really made our holiday. Service was generally excellent - however, the bar staff did struggle to keep up with demand when the bar became busy so hotel could do with a contingency of staff to chip in when needed. Bed was not huge...

We've stayed here previously over winter and got good rates - this was a Sunday night + Monday B&B with an evening meal or £35 credit thrown in (winter warmer) Our choice of meal was a big steak at £27 ish so not much credit left over. We previously commented on the hotel looking tired - but glad to report...

Stayed here over Easter. Had a room with a view out over the harbour which is well worth paying for . The restaurant is in a room which has fantastic view out over the sea. Food and service on friday night was excellent and as a bonus we had a lady saxophonist entertaining us all evening. Good range of cocktails...

We held our wedding here in March. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The wedding coodinators- Hannah and Sebastian were so professional from start to finish. The whole day went beautifully along with the weather, the food, the ambience, the bridal suite overlooking the harbour and decking and the stunning sunset view from the decking and our room....

We didn't stay in the hotel but went with family for lunch. As it was such lovely weather we sat on the terrace drinking Pimms and ordered lunch. The service was swift and friendly and the food was good but it's the wonderful views that made it memorable. Parking was tricky as the spaces were all taken but we managed...

Good view from the terrace and the food in the restaurant was decent but has limited facilities and no pool. Lots of the rooms have a disappointing view over the car park. Staff and overall decor was more like a 3* than a 4* hotel. The bar was in disarray, with one overworked barman but plenty of other staff avoiding...
