The room was clean, the water hot, the bed comfy. The staff were pleasant and friendly, but there was no evidence of management. It was all just badly done.

Hotel is excellent for children. Funsters team are very enthusiastic and kind.Super location on the beach. Facilities at the hotel keep the children very occupied. Hotel needs some refurbishments . Looking tired. With a new hotel planned this may be on hold?

We too paid £381 for two weeknights and I will happily support a complaint with you. The second floor corridor smell was like a residential nursing home and with dirty walls and damaged doors it wasn't very pleasant.
