Superb setting and many of the staff from Ocean City (no Dim Sum tho) so were welcomed like old friends.

Having stayed with my family at the Sandbanks hotel some 30 years ago and visited for drinks a couple of times since, we were looking forward to drinks and snacks on the terrace.
I cannot believe how bad the service was today on the terrace....More

We too paid £381 for two weeknights and I will happily support a complaint with you. The second floor corridor smell was like a residential nursing home and with dirty walls and damaged doors it wasn't very pleasant.
