I booked a night stay for my sister and nephew as a present for her birthday and for a beautifully located hotel it certainly requires some love and attention. We checked in and were welcomed adequately. The reception was clean and presentable, the receptionist was friendly and dealt with our booking fairly quickly. When entering the room it was apparent... We found our room clean and tidy and the views of the harbour were great. In fact we have no complaits about the room or bathroom. Our breakfasts were served on stone cold plates the first day, and this meant our meal was cold. The next day I asked if the plates could warned and this was done, however on... More

My wife and I stayed here for a week and our first impressions were great. We were warmly greeted by reception and the room was nice with a lovely view of the harbour. How ever things were to change , firstly our room consisted of a double and single bed next to each other, not a problem except the double... More

Spent a night here, loved the location right on the water. It must be wonderful in the summer with all the water activities available. Room and stay was great, staff very pleasant. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful

We stayed here for one night. I was disappointed with the food. I had for lunch the catch of the day which was tasty but small - the salmon fillet was about 1 by 3 inches long. In the evening I wanted a snack but the bar could only serve drinks and meals, sandwiches were not available which was a... More

Stayed in a deluxe side room which was 130 pounds. We were expecting a deluxe room but it was very basic and old fashioned and i would consider it a 2 star room. The view of the bay was great and made up for the naff red velvet armchairs pub carpet and tiny tv. The room was also on a... More

A three night stop for business. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful making you feel very much at home. My room was large with views of the car park and rear marina. It had lots of cupboard space and a very nice roomy bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities and a biscuit and chocolate every day in... More
