Staff were friendly and helpful, room clean and tidy. At night I struggled with parking space but was OK in a day time. Breakfasts could do with a wider range of foods. Location was a bit poor as it was outside a town, close to a commercial area. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stop in again when I... More

This hotel was very clean, and the room was large. Great value for money. The bar downstairs was also nice, selling very reasonably priced drinks and crisps. The room was just as nice as 4* 's that we've stayed in, even though it is a 3*. Spacious, tea and coffee facilities within the room. An overall pleasant and recommended stay

I can't fault Premier Inn generally - their rooms, service and the quality of the experience is always very good and great value. I will continue to use them on a regular basis. However, the quality of the wine offered with their meal deal at Broadstone was appalling. they should sort this - it must be easy to source reasonable... More

Very convenient for channel ferry (15 minutes) and comfortable bed. Quiet & clean. Efficient service and plenty of secure parking space. Compares well with other budget hotels. Easy to locate. Food looked good but short stay so did not try it.

On walking in our oom smelt musty, we had to open the window despite it being November to freshen it up as best we could. Very hungry and tired on arrival as check in seemed endless and then to find the restaurant close with no food available after a five hour journey topped it off. I'd requested a lower floor... More

All things good, except for loads of places we stay, not enough tea bags or sugar. Room and bathroom very clean and tidy with top rate tv. Good heating system and shower that you didn't need to runaround to find the drips.

I will be coming back. Lovely hotel and staff. They went above and beyond. Iv stayed in 5* hotels and had no way near as good service as I did hear. The food was excellent and kids loved it. Highly recommend

Stayed here overnight with family whilst visiting relatives nearby. Can't really review the food as only had the continental breakfast here, but all food was laid out nicely and the family found the cooked breakfast to be ok. Room was very clean, smelt nice, and the bed was comfortable - the sofa in our room was also a bonus! Only... More

Spent a night here as a last minute decision. Freshly decorated although the painter seemed to have had a fight with the paint pot in the bathroom. Needed to work, so the staff were very accommodating and brought my dinner to my room which was a great help - only downside was not too sure what was going on with... More
