This Premier inn is in the process of being refurbished/extended but we were put in the other end. This hotel is like most Premier inns now "self service log in arrival" but with us a member of staff was on hand. our room was on the 2nd floor reached by a nice sizable lift. The room was beautiful and cold...

We stayed at Premier Inn North hotel during our summer break in Dorset and it was the perfect place to crash at the end of a busy day out and about with our two young boys. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The boys beds were placed either side of our large, comfy double bed...

Arrived late afternoon just in time to get parked as there is limited space looks a lot but soon fills up. Found it quicker to go to receptionist than use the selfservice till. Room clean and tidy if not using restaurant it's a long walk to any food outlets as once car is parked you won't want to move it...

Stayed here for just 1 night 01 August 2016. We got one of the newly refurbished rooms which slept 3 of us very comfortably. The hotel is currently being refurbished but this had no impact on our stay at all. We took advantage of the "meal deal" at £23.99 per person. This got us a mixed grill, a chocolate brownie...

Hotel is undergoing an excellent face lift. Modern fresh and the staff as always are very professional. The rooms have excellent Air Con, beds comfy and décor is superb. Good nights sleep despite heat outside. Menu's have been re-vamped and the quality and service is very good. Although they were fully booked in the last week of July and parking...

Only stayed one night. Room was air conditioned on arrival so nice and cool. Bed extremely comfy. Very nice room, probably one of the best premier inns we have stayed in. Restaurant area very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful

My mum and dad recently stayed here when they visited us, in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the ground floor. They said the room was beautiful, very nicely refurbished. My mum has MS, so needs disabled access within the bathroom. She found the shower particularly easy to access and really found the room easy to use. We also...

Unusually for a Premier Inn, I actually found myself thinking it was time for a refurb. It would appear the hotel is getting one as we speak, but the room I got clearly hadn't been done yet, so I have to base my experience on the old room. Although it was still perfectly functional it wasn't up to the typical...

This is probably the strangest Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. Its on an industrial site which we didn't realise. We got a knock on the door at 11.30pm to ask us to turn our TV down (it isn't even loud and we're watching it in bed going to sleep? Its background noise?) by someone working here. That has...

We have stayed here previously but this time the room we had was newly refurbished and excellent. During the refurb there is noise, but not at night or until about 8.15 in the morning. Rooms are quite spacious with decent wifi and effective air conditioning, all clean and new. Only slight downsides are 1/ very limited parking while refurbishment is...
