Arrived on a Friday evening and was immediately impressed with the style cleanliness and appearance of this hotel. It has private car parking which is locked at night and has all the usual facilities. The room was excellent and very clean and had all the extras including bathrobes, things you would expect of a 5 star hotel. It has very...

I can say that it is a good hotel if youstay at the floors accesible with lift .Otherwisw you are lost in the coridors or you have to carry your luggage through stairs. But reception people are very kind and helpful they really want to help you. some rooms at third floor have a noise like generator.Be careful. The breakfast...

I spent a night in a superior room and felt like I had my own apartment. A solid complementary breakfast with various kinds of fried eggs was offered (need to place an order). The hotel is a 15-minute walk away from the railway station and it took me a while to find it on a rainy day with luggage.

I arrived here late on Monday. At first couldn't find the car park but then realised it was under the hotel and signposted. Free parking! Checked in. I was on the 3rd floor. My room was large, massive bed, lovely clean bathroom although the sink is somewhat stained. It was absolutely freezing outside, and the room was so cozy and...

Fine for a night or two, a better than average chain hotel in a modern building in the historic old centre of Darlington . Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.

After arriving in Darlington, I had difficulty finding the hotel, which is actually in a non-descript side street near the city centre. By the time I found the hotel and got checked in, all the nearby restaurants had closed, so it was a pleasant surprise to find that the bar served soup and sandwiches during the night. The only drawback...

Popped in to hold a business meeting and the lovely Jessica who was working the bar not only helped me to access the WiFi when I misheard the password for it but bent over backwards to ensure that my colleagues and I had everything we needed and more. We were brought the most amazing afternoon tea, one of our party...

Just stayed for two nights to visit family in the area and what a pleasant surprise. I can't find anything to fault at all. Rooms and hotel spotlessly clean. Restaurant for Sunday lunch absolutely superb and incredible value. Staff attentive and helpful. A special thanks to the delightful Jessica in the bar who is an absolute star and is what...

This hotel is probably between a 3 dot and 4 dot. Very centrally located, close to shops and a number of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. There is free parking below the hotel, but with limited bays. Asked for a quiet room and was given a room at the back of the building, which was fine but it...

We stayed for two nights for a conference visit. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed warm and comfortable. The only criticism we had was that at breakfast there seemed to be a lot of staff, rushing about but not a lot appeared to happen. It was quite a wait for food to arrive,...
