Price was excellent for what I got. TV in room was nice - I didn't expect it. Location of property near to the motorway. Suitable parking on-site. The staff were very pleasant. Everything you needed for breakfast.

I had seen the guesthouse on the Channel 4 TV program, I had tried to book before but could not get in. We stayed overnight whilst visiting family nearby. I enjoyed relaxing on the small patio area overlooking the garden whilst my teenage son was very pleased with your WiFi. The breakfasts were delicious & staff very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this charming guest house to...

Stayed for three nights in a suite and it was excellent value for money. Being able to sit outside on your own patio area and walk around the large garden set it apart from more usual hotel rooms. It would be churlish to nit pick fine details. The room was big and clean the king sized bed comfortable and we...

We were in Leeds for the night whilst attending a gig and decided to stay at the Foxwoods Guest House. We had looked at hotels in Leeds City Centre but for one evening were unwilling to pay the prices that we had found. Instead we found the Foxwood for around £40 for a twin room. On arrival the guest house...
