I have stayed here many times and it is always a first rate experience. The rooms are lovely, the house is very close to town and the owner Lucy is a wonderful hostess. Breakfast if always glorious and the place is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended

My Mum and I have just returned from a night away in Stamford and had a great stay at Rutland Terrace, a friendly welcome, really lovely ensuite bedroom and a great breakfast this morning. The B&B is perfectly situated for an easy walk into town and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

I stayed here two weekends a ago to visit my daughter. I have stayed here before, it is a great location to walk into town and loads of places to have a meal and view the beautiful buildings. Lovely cobbled streets, and a pretty river to feed the ducks

Friendly welcome upon arrival. We were shown to our non-ensuite room. It was possibly the best room in the house, having a private bathroom down the corridor that was huge with both a walk-in shower and a bath. The bedroom contained a super-kingsize bed with plenty of room to spare. Both bedroom and bathroom were decorated to a good standard... More

I stayed at this B&B as I was visiting the town for my godparents anniversary. The town itself is absolutely beautiful with lots of boutique shops and cafes. Lucy, the host was a delight and provided a delicious breakfast, the rooms also offered everything I required with comfy beds and a very good shower! I would definitely stay again!

Very nice and cozy bed and breakfast located in a lovely location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and I suggest tourists to go to Stamford at least once when they come over to the Uk, it is quite a unique place.

The room was very comfortable and breakfast delicious. What spoilt the visit for us was the lack of consideration for our needs. Difficulty finding the place on the sat nav and difficulty parking. We were then kept waiting for half an hour before gaining access to the house. On entering, instead of being shown the room we were quizzed about... More

The Rutland Terrace B&B was everything we needed for a weekend reunion of old friends. We were greeted by Amanda when we arrived who was extremely friendly and helpful.
