Having arrived in Skegness back in September 2016 without booking any accommodation first, due to ill health, I chanced upon the vacancies sign in the window of this establishment. Had a short stay here never again very rude and she pushed my keys through my door while I was in the room she heard TV and thought someone was in my room very rude and her dog howling outside door wouldn't stay again

This B&B is situated in a great place, only a short walk from all the amenities. I took my Mum and her little dog. Mum has arthritic knees and so Ruth ensured my mum had a ground floor room. Rang up to ask for room rates and got greated with 'what'. Then she said who is it ! I said i am after room prices and she told me to check her website that doesnt work ! And hung up on me. You have lost our buisness you horrible woman. Dont know how you are still open

Me, my partner and our two dogs decided to visit skegness for the bank holiday weekend, but like always we left it very last minuite to find somewhere to stay. After lots of searching on google I came across Auntie Ruth's on a Dog website as being a very dog friendly guest house which seemed to tick all the boxes....

Just had the joy of spending some time at this guest house and can honestly say we enjoyed every moment we were there. The room was spotless the bed was comfortable the lady gives you as much freedom as possible to come and go we had our dog with us and we were made to feel like we were home....

this is one of the best b&b i have stayed in it was warm comfortable loved auntie ruth just the type of person i like, so clean it was spotless perfect breakfast perfect could not have wished for more thank you auntie ruth.
