I have travelled a lot both with work and personally, abroad and in the U.K., and the " Lyndsay" is as good as any hotel I have stayed in! I can't praise the Lyndsay enough ! we stayed here for two nights recently and wished we could have stayed longer , superb accommodation spotlessly clean fantastic breakfasts and very very nice hosts who make you very welcome and you instantly feel at home , far better than many of the hotels we have stayed at where you don't get...

Great welcome from Alan, with coffee in lounge. Room warm, clean and well equipped. Quiet nights sleep. Breakfast well presented and tasty. Good quiet location close to seafront and town. Lounge area comfy. A pleasure to meet Linda and Alan, very caring had time for a chat. Shame only one night! Hope to be back.

Me and my friend stayed at the Lindsay guesthouse last night as we were seeing a show in Skegness and we could not have asked for more. a most pleasant and enjoyable stay, a wonderful breakfast, it was very clean and tidy with the owners being very very helpful down to earth made you feel welcome from the moment you walked in .local knowledge was also helpful as in where to eat or not. the rooms were spotless very well equipped ,will definatly visit again next year..

My son and I, stayed at Lyndsay Guest House from the 8th Aug'16. Very warm welcome from Alan and Linda - very clean and comfortable room.
