I have stayed here before and will be returning, the staff were great, great breakfast, lovely clean room, nice little bar with pool table and cheap drinks, close to all amenities, tea/coffee making facilities and fridge in room, value for money.

My daughter stayed the night. She payed in cash the next morning. The room had been held on my debit card (her dad) ... they still charged my debit card ... When my daughter complained, "Paul" (The Manager) laughed at her (really) and said she hadn't paid ... We are taking advice ...........

The Clarendon is a little tired and in need of an update, room specifically for older guests was fine, other room starting to look a bit dated. Beds are fantastic even with a bit of noise slept soundly. Breakfast was one of the best that I have had away from home, plenty of choice and cooked well. Staff are around...

Arrived at clarendon to be greeted by a heavy smell of dogs and dirty looking reception / hallway. Led up dirty stairs past room with old beer glass outside door. Person made no effort to remove it! Once inside bedroom was shocked how tacky room was. Wife did not want to stay! Went to unpack bags but found human hair...

Very friendly & comfortable, we had a lovely room with a private bit of garden which is nice to sit & have a coffee. Breakfast is lovely with lots of choice. Clean pet friendly & very central to all amenities. Will definitely return.

Stayed here for one night Thursday- good Friday with my girlfriend and could not recommend enough! Amazing value for money, room was clean with new bedding with tea and coffee making facilities and we had the balcony room which was lovely to sit outside with a drink. Were made to feel so welcome from the start by speedy who checked...

People friendly and if needed anything all you had to do was ask rooms was ok but in need of decorating breakfast was good which was served between 9.30 and 10.30 had it own bar which was a plus overall good

Stayed here for 1 night on Good Friday what can I say from the minute we pulled up on the drive to the minute we left hospitality fantastic. Great b&b booked two rooms at short notice and were very pleased with rooms we were given .Clean rooms and excellent breakfast would definitely return. Walking distance to seafront and Pier so good location with easy parking on front of property .Great stay !

Booked two triple rooms and one single room,we were very happy with the rooms for the price we paid.The bedding looked new we had plenty of clean towels and toiletries were provided.There were tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fridge.There is a bar which we used and was very well priced.The whole place had a very welcoming...
