DO NOT BOOK! Booked this hotel for a wedding and when we arrived we were greeted to a sign saying it was shut! Even though we could still book and receive email confirmations! The trip spoilt as everywhere was booked up! Never received an apology!

The hotel is a bit dated. We enjoyed the stay but we was only staying the night. Ideally situated with a little 5 minutes walk to all the facilities. We though having a beach front hotel would be a bit noisy, fortunately it was a good quiet night due to been positioned just the right distance away from the main...

Originally planned to stay for 2 nights but extended to 3, due to the B&B being so nice and the weather although that turned a bit yuk. Room was overlooking the front and had a balcony which was really nice, especially whilst the weather was nice. The room and everywhere was lovely and clean. Ensuite was small but perfectly adequate...

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of March . Hotel has a great location on the Skegness seafront and some private car parking spaces also. Booking in was straightforward and manager Dean very helpful, our room was clean and fresh with a lovely Seaview , unfortunately it was on the second floor and the lift was out of order...

Stayed here last night, got a warm welcome on arrival. The room was pretty basic to say it was advertised as a "superior room" but bed was very comfortable. The shower was really small and the door opening to get in is about a foot wide so if your a larger framed person you will most likely not be able...

We visited The Sun Hotel of Skegness in February this year and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience. The hotel is perfectly located, close by are both the Seal Sanctuary & the more recently opened Skegness Aquarium. The hotel it's self has on site parking and we found the (Manager?) Dean most helpful when trying to park our car....

Arrived after booking online, welcome was friendly however when we got to our room we were shocked at how basic, smelly and unwelcoming it was. My husband went to reception to ask to be moved and was basically told to leave because he had complained and because he questioned how clean the kitchen was, given how smelly the room was....
