On our way home after spending a 3 night break here over the christmas period. Don't believe all the bad comments on here. Lee, Julienne (the owners) and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too trouble.if you needed anything they went out of their way to get it for you. Nice clean accommodation. Staff very welcoming. Ideally situated on sea front. Very nice breakfast. Booked 4 twin rooms for one night. The hotel was full but the service was excellent. Would recommend.

Went here last weekend with my mother and grandson the hotel was brilliant they couldn't do enough for us .our room was very roomy and very cosy .Would definitely go back again no problem.the breakfast was good and plenty of it .we all loved it and would reccomend to anyone

We visited this hotel for 1 night this weekend. It was fantastic right on the sea front and near all the pubs and clubs. The bedroom was roomy with a large bed and en suite. Very warm and cosy too! had a lovely time at this guest house perfect place were I wanted to be very close to a nice pub and the sea front. Room was very clean small shower room but perfect for what u need . They was nothing I did not like would go again.

The North Parade was advertising itself as a Guest House when I booked. Though in need of some TLC, it was fine for the £39 I paid. I was somewhat disheartened to find that my room did not have a shower or bath, but there was a shower down the corridor to which I had the only key. It took...

We booked this last minute after it had given out nice weather for the weekend. I travelled with my husband and two year old son. The room was so much more than we were expecting. Very warm welcome when we arrived.the room was very well maintained.definitely coming back here again. For what we paid for room it was worth it.plenty of space in room shower and tolilet were spotless.excellent
