Pescara House is a great place to stay. My hosts Pat and Dave gave me a very warm friendly welcome and offered me a very comfortable, clean and quiet accommodation. I look forward to staying at Pecara House again in the very near future.

I stayed two weeks at Pescara House in January 2015. I was supposed to only stay maxiumum one week, but due to problems with my apartment, I had to prolong my stay several times. The owners, David & Pat, were really helpful and kind to me! It's a pleasure to stay in a place owned by such a nice couple!...

Convenient and clean, very close to town center, is a very good choice to whom plans to stay in Colchester. Breakfast is enough to keep you up for the most of the day. I would gladly stay there if I visit Colchester again!

This place is very cosy, located near the city center. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Pat and David are very kind, trying to help us on everything we needed. The English breakfast, traditionally prepared was tasteful! I would definitely stay again in this B&B in my next trip to Colchester!

Stayed almost 2 weeks at Pescara House for its convenience to reach downtown by just a short walk. The house locates at the inner side of a main road that we could sleep very well without disturb. Excellent English breakfast, other than a variety of corn flakes, Dave cooked us tasty bacon and sausage together with either sunny egg or...

I stayed 16 nights at the Pescara, a short walk from shops and places to eat. My room was medium-sized, with a good window and radiator, plus a table, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, wash-basin, kettle with tea & coffee and TV with Freeview (not all channels receivable). A large shared bathroom and separate WC were near-by. I really enjoyed...

Clean, friendly and inviting, Pescara House is like a home away from. The little details like some relaxing magazines and books in your room, to remembering what you like for breakfast are very welcoming. And so clean! The location of the B & B is top notch, too. You are just steps away from the main roads and shops, but...
