We stay at this Premier Inn whilst visiting our son and grandchildren in Brydekirk Dumfries- good hotel at a good price. The meal deal is very good with a wide choice of food. Would recommend for any length of stay

Ideal for a one night stop over. (But wouldn't want to stay any longer) Reminded me of a hospital! But it has Immaculate rooms and everything works perfectly. The only faults were the central heating that is stifling and the constant clicking noise as the heating kicks in and out through the night! Oh and only two teabags and two...

This is one of several regular meetings. Unfortunately nothing has changed. I was prepared to give the place the benefit of the doubt, but nothing has improved. My colleague and I met here as a half way house between Newcastle & Glasgow. Each time there was one member of staff on the bar to serve coffees & lunch. Unfortunately he...

Hi Gilly Thanks for taking the time to review your experience's with us. It's such a shame you've felt down down with the service you've received while staying with us for business, so much so you've decided to stay elsewhere. I'm sorry to hear of the delays you had while having lunch and for the inconvenience caused by the continuous...

Handily situated just off the M6 at junction 44, this hotel is clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. As my mother has mobility issues, it would be useful to indicate the most accessible entrance as there is a front and a back to the hotel. As we arrived in darkness we picked the wrong one! Advice - on entering...

We stayed here at the weekend. The room is in need of renovating. There were dirty stains on the walls, the bathroom door had dirty greasy stains on it. The toilet was not cleaned to the usual high standard we expect from Premier Inn. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Very conveniently placed for our drive up to Scotland from Devon. Welcoming staff even though we arrived late. Great breakfast which was cooked to order, the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly efficient staff. Only downside was my room was towards the front and people were heard loudly arriving back after a night out on several occasions in the early hours. Not the hotels fault. Food package was a great deal and the dining room was lovely as was the bar area. Would recommend staying here.

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. As weary travellers with two children it was exactly what we needed. Nice spacious room best nights sleep we've had in a while. Cannot find fault!! Would highly recommend this hotel its location is superb despite being near a main road we heard nothing and the hearty breakfast sets you up...

Very easy to find, just off the M6. Guy on reception great, room excellent. Went to restaurant, full. No problem, same menu available in the bar. Was not allowed to order food at the bar, told to wait 20 mins. Went back, no staff at bar for 15 mins. Very poor service. No apology, nothing. Similar couldn't be bothered attitude...
