Stayed here for 2 nights with friends in 3 rooms. Rooms immaculate, reception really friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and plenty of it. Went into Carlisle both nights and took a taxi which was approx £5 each way. No problems here. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean, a good size and reasonably priced. Towels were changed daily. Water was always hot. Would recommend for a short stay. Suitable for couples, families and lone travellers. Close to Carlisle Centre. Taxi to centre costs around 4 pounds.

Lovely clean hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy acces to surrounding areas. We stopped here one night and couldn't fault it. Plenty of parking in the car park out front. It was our 1st time staying in a premier in and it wont be the last! Great value for money. will definitely be returning

Very good budget hotel, easy to find and just down the road from Brunton Park. I travelled to Carlisle to see a football game, and the hotel was ideally placed. It was clean, quiet and good value. I would definitely stay there again.

This Hotel is dated and in need of a refurb. Rooms are ok but nothing too special for the price! Bathroom well I slipped getting into the shower bath! Could of been a lot worse. Think the rooms need Refreshing to be honest.

This is a good hotel and located very close to the centre of town and the railway station. Just a 15 minute walk or five minutes in a taxi for a fiver. The room I stayed in was very clean and warm with all the usual facilities. It was also very quiet and I had a great nights sleep as...

Excellent staff but the heating in the room was a little too hot for my liking. Location was very good, close to the M6 & reasonable walking distance into the city. There was no apparent benefit in doing the online check-in.

This is the second time we have stayed in this premier inn and weren't disappointed, it is what it is a clean tidy and modern hotel our room looked as it had recently been updated (6). Ideally located for the m6 north and south, 15mins walk to the city centre 5mins from brunton park Carlisle FC and the rugby 🏉...

Cannot rate this place high enough. If there was a 6th it would get it. Great reception, lovely choice of parking, spacious well-equipped room, easy to access motorway. Breakfast next door was fab. Overall, the most positive thing I can say is we'll do something. Catch you down? Joe
