Very basic room, but clean, comfy bed. Staff were happy and friendly, plenty of fre parking in a safe area. Pub/restaurant right next door that was decent enough. No issues throughout our stay and would stay there for a night again.

When I arrived at the hotel I learnt it was not a ten minute drive to Manchester airport like it is advertised online, but a twenty minute drive, when I questioned why I'm given false information on the website the woman replied "they lied". Not really a satisfactory response but she was pleasant and welcoming. I booked a taxi for...

A weird motel type place. The lady who checked us in was very nice but the place was not. Dirty carpet, dust everywhere and stained bedding. Cups for tea-coffee dirty, toilet had had toilet duck sloshed around but didn't look like it had been cleaned, floor dirty and bits of toilet roll lying around. At 5am we were woken by...

My Son stays here when he comes to visit, it's always clean and warm with a good bathroom. Good value, free parking and quiet. The pub on site is good for pub grub with friendly staff. Good transport links to Manchester, Sale and Altrincham from outside on the main road.

I have used this hotel twice both before concerts around Manchester and chose it because of its cheap price and transport link via metro to the city. The first time we stayed there were 4 of us in 2 double rooms on the ground floor, and we had a great stay, no complaints. 2 of us then returned earlier this...

My partner and I stayed here for one night in February 2015 and paid £47 for the night. The bedrooms were generally clean - a fair bit of dust around and a dirty mug - but overall the room wasn't the worst we have been in. The Pelican Inn just next to it was very handy for breakfast. A employee...

We have stayed here on several occasions. We think it is very good value at £42 for a double. The room was warm once the heating came on at 5pm, and it was quiet though I imagine a Saturday or Friday might be less so. Lots of hot water, parking is good and the internet free and reliable. The one...
