Characterful property, everywhere spotlessly clean, delicious breakfasts, - and a warm welcome for our four-legged Boy, as well as us. Delightful quiet location with beautiful gardens and excellent eating pub straight across the road. Very handy for Sidmouth with bus stop right outside. Highly recommended!

Cannot say any more than previous visits. Place is kept immaculate, food and company just perfect as usual. A perfect place to relax in and visit surrounding areas whatever the weather which always seems better than average.. Thanks to Kim and Peter

Usually we do not see hedgehogs, but there was a sighting recently of a rather handsome one sporting a very yellow bow ! We have now befriended him and he has become a member of the family :)
