Just back from a fab 3 nights at Barn and Pinn cottages. All round excellent - our room was comfortable, tasteful, fittings and finish high quality, good country feel but happily no chintz! Owners run a tight ship keeping standards high, and are friendly, helpful, and provide a very personal touch, receiving guests and cooking and serving the first class...

We decided to visit Sidmouth for the first time & booked 4 nights at The Barn & Pinn Cottage. We are so pleased we did. Firstly we found the Cottage to be ideally placed for visiting the surrounding area, close to the A3052 which leads to many of the interesting villages as well as Sidmouth which is barely a 5...

In addition to the lovely, clean room, the breakfast was excellent and the location provides a pub with good food across the street and a fabulous place to walk a dog along an old railway line that is just stunning. Some of...
