Second visit to this charming hotel, booked a suite for my daughter & family & standard room for ourselves. The suite surpassed all expectations for its size & facilities! Huge bathroom & bedroom + smaller guest bathroom. 2 balconies, sea view one with 2 turrets fully glazed with seating, heating & binoculars. Spacious corridor afforded plenty of space for all...

Just returned from a superb, 4-couple Valentine's weekend get-together at the Vic. 3 superb nights of quality accommodation, mouth-watering food and exceptional beverage. Even the non-alcoholic beer is worth a try! This is our 21st year visiting the hotel. Home-from-home now! It never fails to impress - from the friendly welcome upon arrival from Area Director, Matthew Raistrick, to the...

We have stayed at this hotel over a number of years and always look forward to our visits. Our recent stay was 3 nights over the Valentine week-end and we could not fault any aspect of it. Our room was sumptuous, the beds were so comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We also had a beautiful view to the sea...

Called for a lunchtime treat. Hadn't visited here since 1993. Forgot how good it is. Enjoyed a good meal and wine. Very friendly service from a lady who was serving in the lounge bar overlooking the sea. Some areas seem to have undergone a recent refurbishment including the ladies cloakrooms which were immaculate. A very enjoyable experience.

We had a lovely mid week break at the Victoria Hotel. Our room had a wonderful view over the sea with excellent facilities. We enjoyed the spa and swimming pool and thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. The staff were helpful and attentive. The only negative point was the wifi was poor.

I was really disappointed by this hotel. I stay in lots for business and thought this would be up there with the best. I was very wrong! Reasons - 1. The car park was small and difficult to manoeuvre around. 2. Room fixtures were old and in need of a desperate update. 3. The shower just leaked onto me, the...

We visited during refurbishment of the main Dining room. We had a very good time, it was very pleasant in the temporary dining room ( the lounge), overlooking the putting course and sea. All the staff where excellent as usual, they are very well trained. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

We enjoyed a two night break last week, wished we had booked for longer. We had been recommended the Victoria by friends and it did not disappoint. Lovely dinner each night followed by coffee and petit fours in the lounge. Breakfast was a real treat with a very good English but to be served real whole kippers and a good...
