Was on a weekend break in early February, had found this site by chance, Arrived on Friday afternoon to a warm welcome from the proprietor Andrew. Was shown to cottage, fully equipped with all things needed for a relaxing but busy touring weekend. My partner and I travelled with another couple who rented the other cottage. Many sites of historic...

We found studley house farm by chance while looking for last minute accommodation on the Internet. What a lovely find. We stayed in Swallowtail cottage. It was a large one bedroom cottage on one level. A lovely kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher and washing machine. Dinning area and comfortable lounge. Through to a nice size bedroom and onto the...

Stayed for five days in the caravan and although it's what we normally look for in an adult only campsite, it lacked the amenities that we are used to. I can't fault the pitch or the scenery because they are amazing, but the portacabin style toilet/shower block is very dated and not at all private. My partner didn't enjoy the...

Lovely well kept and immaculate site with eight hard standing pitches. Ideal for Scarborough and East coast. Very popular so booking required. Nice location with lots of places to walk and visit, and free alarm clock to allow plenty of time for exploring curtesy of the local cockerel ! But well worth the inconvenience........

Just returned from two nights stay at this adult only site. Lovely friendly gentleman showed us to our site. The site was very clean. Only downside I would say is there are only 1 male and 1 female toilet and one shared shower all in one portacabin, which I didn't find very private, and also quite cold in their. However...

My daughter & I booked to stay here for 2 nights while on a 6 week holiday to France & the UK. After one night we extended our stay at Studley House Farm to three nights! Our room was relatively small but comfortable & the breakfast David served was excellent. It was a peaceful & quiet location. However the real...

I arrived late on a Sunday afternoon and was welcomed by Brenda, shown my room, offered fresh milk for my tea and advised where best to eat. I had my dog with me, who had to remain in the car so it was great to be able to see the car from my room. The room was cosy, comfortable and...

We stayed in the Gold room in this lovely b & b. The room was spotless and had everything you could want plus little added touches such as cosy bathrobes and a bowl of chocolates. The breakfast was very nice, with a good choice considering there are only 3 rooms in the b & b. There is a family history...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We have two luxury self catering cottages and a small secluded, adults only caravan site. Studley House Farm is situated in the picturesque village of Ebberston on the southern edge of the North York Moors National Park overlooking the wide open spaces of the Vale of Pickering. Ebberston could not be better placed to give access to one of the beautifully undisturbed areas for walkers and cyclists wanting to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the National Park and Dalby forest. ... more   less
