I have stayed at the Cavendish before and I keep going back because I cannot fault both the hospitality from Robert and Jo (owners) and the amenities of their guesthouse. I book the single room which is very spacious with a very modern en suite, but by far its the very comfortable 3 quarter divan bed that puts other B&Bs...

Our hosts were terrific. The place is spotless and welcoming. The rooms were above average size. Breakfasts were excellent. It's position was very convenient for the cliff lift and the Spa Centre. Our second visit and we have already booked for next year.

We stayed for 3 nights in March for a festival. We received a very friendly welcome and everything was thoroughly explained to us. Our room was lovely and comfortable with extra little touches such as chocolates on the bed, a bowl of sweets on the dressing table and quality toiletries in the bathroom. It was all spotlessly clean , free...

Stayed here for one night with my daughter. Made to feel very welcome and the room was lovely. You are left fresh milk in a fridge to make tea but the highlight is the breakfast. We have never eaten so much so early :-) Highly recommend as great value with a warm welcome and spotlessly clean room. Will definitely use...

We stayed at the Cavendish for 1 night with friends on 11th March, after a 16 mile walk along the coast. We were greeted by Jo who showed us to our spotless, well equipped room. She informed us that once we unpacked there were home made flapjacks and cordial in the lounge waiting for us (what a lovely personal touch)....

We received a very friendly welcome and everything was thoroughly explained to us. Our room was lovely and comfortable with extra little touches such as...

I stayed here in July 2016 for 3 nights. I had a small single room with a double bed and ensuite. The room isn't the biggest but for a single traveller it was perfect for me. All I wanted was a value for money bed for the night. It was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including free wifi....

The B&B was extremely clean and comfortable. Rob and Jo are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble. There are lots of extras such as fresh milk, chocolates, sweets and biscuits in the rooms as well as homemade cakes in the lounge. The lounge is a lovely space for guests, too.

We stayed at the Cavendish Hotel for 2 nights at the new year as a party of 6. Rob & Jo were the perfect hosts. This lovely hotel seems to have thought about everything from a guests point of view. There were ironing boards & iron on each landing, also a small fridge for the milk (room number on each...
