Thoughtfully and stylishly restored, this guest house offered a large, comfortable, clean bright room which we felt was great value for money. The owners are an extremely friendly and helpful young couple, Andy and Mica, who are enthusiastically supported by their (very) young son Charlie. Breakfast was excellent, as was the all round experience of our brief stay.

Stayed here for a night and was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good too. The location is also ideal in that it's just a short walk to the amenities Scarborough has to offer while being far enough away to remain quiet.

Lovely stay at No 17. We had the suite and it was very spacious and decorated to a high standard and room was lovely and warm. Owner very friendly and down to earth, breakfast was great. Just a short stroll into Scarborough. Only let down is parking and one way systems!! But was given a permit which was great ....

little more modern and boutique than some of the traditional Scarborough B&Bs. We were not disappointed, after a swift and efficient check in which included giving us a parking permit for a space on the road just outside (bargain at £4 for the weekend) we were shown to our room. The room the room as impressive as any top of...

We had a perfect experience and would not hesitate to return. It was the perfect location, a nice spacious room with a sofa bed for our little one, delicious breakfast and friendly hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, even helping us when we were stranded in Robin Hood's Bay after our car overheated....

Stayed in a large room with sofa bed. The hotel and rooms are decorated in a modern style with nice touches like wifi, hotel chocolate and flat screen TV. It's obvious someone has spent a lot of time and money on this lovely building. I would mention though that small things detract from its high standards. The minor things being...

We stayed here for four nights and would have no hesitation in returning on our next visit to Scarborough. Our room was spacious even with the huge bed & en suite, spotlessly clean and, for us, a great location in the quieter South Bay yet close to the town centre. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy & Mica. We wish...

We found this B&B by using trip advisor and we were not disappointed with the result. The owners Andy & Mica were superb hosts and provided clean well furnished rooms with en-suite facility. There was in house Wi-Fi, on road parking and the welcoming farmhouse style breakfasts were prepared by Andy himself with excellent service by Mica. Perfect hosts well...

Where do I start... We booked our stay with Mica who couldn't have been more helpful, we were talked through a few room options and in the end we decided a family room was for us. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to be greeted by Mica who again was helpful, friendly and talked us through where we could park. We...

Absolutely bowled over by our reception at the start. Andy, the owner, came out to greet us and point out where we should park. (We were the only arrivals that day but what a greeting.) The standards at this hotel are very high with great, and genuine care taken to please the customer. The room was immaculately presented and spotlessly...
