We stayed here over three nights in late season. The room was kept exceptionally clean and we had a lovely view on the Cricket Ground. We stayed in a superior king room, the bed was massive which I always find nice! The temperature was perfect throughout our stay and I was impressed when a good quality, branded freestanding (plug in)... More

We stayed at this place for three nights and had this great room overlooking the Scarborough cricket ground - talk about a royal box!! The room was lovely with a super-king sized bed. Breakfast was well cooked and loads of it plus cereal and juice. Everything was spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room. Within about... More

I stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and 15 year old son. As big cricket fans, we were delighted to have a room overlooking the cricket ground. The hotel is basic, but very welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast is good and the owners are very friendly. Just across the road, you get the most stunning view of the North... More

We booked this in February face to face with the landlord,Paul, and only spoke to him after that by telephone, we had no need to visit the website and although check in time is normally a consideration I honestly didn't give it a second thought as it was not mentioned during any of the conversations. However we arrived at 2.15... More

We stayed in this guest house in August 2016 for two nights as part of a last minute getaway. We chose it due to positive reviews on Tripadvisor and other sites and also as the price was very reasonable (for summer). Our five year old sleeps with us when we stay away generally and so we only tend to book... More

We stayed at the Ainsley Court guest house for a week for our summer holiday. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are extremely clean and the breakfasts are great. Peasholm Park and the beach are just a short walk away. I would recommend this guesthouse.
