we stayed for one night and was told room 9 (top floor) was the only room available and that it is small. Karen was right but the stunning view more than made up for that. the room was extremely clean and spotless. I would say the whole experience of the duke of york made our stay in scarborough the icing...

On arrival the proprietor Jo was just so nice, a lovely lady with a very positive persona. She shone with pride as she talked us thru her guesthouse, and a lot of love and thought has been poured into it. Our top floor seaview rooms were just right and very clean. Breakfast was very nice and freshly prepared, the fresh...

The room was beautifully...

The room was very clean with tea and coffee and buiscuits. En suite with shower and complimentary towels. I stayed in a room with a balcony with panoramic sea view and very good for sitting and relaxing even though the sun wasn't exactly blazing. I have also stayed in a room without a balcony which was just as comfortable. The...
