We visited here last year - thought it was ok and decided to come back. Have to say this time around was an improvement. Looks like there has been a bit of work done in the rooms and thought breakfast was an improvement as well. Still having nice thoughts about the sausages! No hesitation about coming back for a third...

well situated, with wonderful views over north bay, very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast, highly recommended. On street parking at a premium in high season with disc zones, but the owners can help. we went to the open air theatre for a concert, this hotel is easy walking distance there and to the sea, but it is at the cliff...

Thanks Lynne, for another pleasant stay at the Ainsley. If you go to the Ainsley ask for room 4 which overlooks the bay the views are spectacular. The rooms are spotless and they have a recycling bin in each room for you to put your recycling rubbish which is really good. There are so many nice touches that the owners...

I stayed at the Ainsley for a week and I loved it. They make you feel at home. Lynne couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and great views. I also have to highlight the quality of the English breakfast which is locally sourced. Highly recommended

Stay for one night only, wish we could stop for longer. Had a room with sea view, which was absolutely amazing. Pleasantly surprised and good value. Breakfast was served between 8 and 9 so only one hour slot but that didn't bother us at all and food was really tasty. Suberb lactation rights in the middle of South and North...
