A well run hotel. The room was comfortable although a lot of stairs to climb to get there, being on the top floor. Breakfast was very good with varied choices. Service was good and friendly. Other plusses were free parking at the hotel and free wifi. One negative however was having to pay the full amount before even going to...

10min walk to town centre. Good parking. Unpleasant odour in entrance porch. Warm welcome! Room disappointing-dated, needs some TLC. Not a proper King-size bed! Basic facilities. Breakfast satisfactory.

We stayed with our daughters (20 & 17) for a long weekend. Lynne and Mike were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. They catered for our vegan daughter with no problems even though we forgot to mention her preferences when booking. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and excellent quality. Stairs are a workout so not suitable for those...

The owners and staff were very friendly and gave advice on places to visit and good places to eat.Room was clean,breakfast was very nice plenty of choices eg,cereals,yoghurt,fresh fruit,toast and full english breakfast.All in all a very enjoiable experience would go there again in the future.

We arrived at paragon hotel and was asked to pay for room straight away I've never done that before then was told room 17 it was 56 steps to the room as I'm having cancer treatment I was breathless only half way up we got to the room what a dump I rang reception I said I wanted another room...

Review on behalf of my parents who stayed from 25th July for a week. This was our 3rd stay at the paragon and right from the moment we arrived Lynne & Mike made us feel at home with a warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was excellent cleaned and restocked everyday. The breakfasts were great...

Stayed in Room 3,Wonderful Sea Views whilst lying in bed,Good Size en suite and cosy room.A very friendly welcome from Mike and Lynn and staff very polite.Paragon is ideally situated a pleasant stroll away from the Harbour area where there is plenty to do.Breakfast is excellent.The bar lounge is relaxing with beautiful views over the beach and the sea.This was...

We only had 2 nights at this hotel but, wish that we could have stayed longer. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely with a great sea view. The breakfast was fantastic. So much choice. We will book again soon.
