At the price paid, my only concerns are: will it be clean, will it be comfortable, and does it include breakfast. The room I had at the Kenton fulfilled the first two but unfortunately didn't include the latter. Great location in Scarborough, gorgeous view from my window of the sea, and as it was such a great day the window...

Me and my wife was booked this place as part of our birthday presents. We stayed on 17/5/2014. The location is excellent. Near all the North Bay facilities. You can walk into town in 5 mins. Initially the owner was very helpful coming out to help with our parking (as space was very tight). After that however, he gave us...

I appreciate you taking your time to review your stay with me and will have a look at the lampshade and pillows. Sorry if you were offended by me mentioning that we are non smoking and do not like hot food to be taken into the rooms, it is unfortunate that I have to do this. I do not provide...

My partner and I stayed at the Kenton way back in July 2012 but I felt that I must come back (once finally signing up for a tripadvisor account) so that I could comment on how happy we both felt here. The room itself was a sea view room and was very spacious and quiet, despite being on the sea...

Five of us used the hotel after a Saturday walk to Filey. Clean, warm and we were made very welcome. Very comfortable beds and the family rooms were ideal for people sharing. Keep an eye out for the dolphins at sea. Fantastic breakfast. Would book again. D Wilson Wetherby.

We stayed for 2 nights in early October 2013. The manager/owner met us and was very nice told us where our room was and left us to it. We had family room with sea view booked via lateromms.com £70 for 2 nights room only. For the price the room was worth the money, was it perfect? nope, but then you...

Great hotel. WONDERFUL view from the sea view room. Comfy bed, spacious clean room, good hot shower, welcoming host. Away from the attractions so it's quiet and it's really nice walk into the sea front. Plenty of pubs a short walk away. What more could you ask for?

Booked to stay in this hotel 13 - 15 September 2013. Booked through Last Min.com after checking that it was suitable as we would be arriving late. Noticed on hotel website that it had a bar, and hotel advice on Lastminute.com stated that the hotel was not manned 24/7 so to ring ahead to make sure that someone would be...
