No one at reception, went to the bar and the young barmaid receptionist could have not been more friendly and tried her best to usher away the drunk who was making a 'friendly' nuisance of himself at...

Love this place, lovely staff serving fantastic food. We had beef roast dinners with all the trimmings and they were very nice, we sat in the bar and had a few drinks and it is a real lively place with some quality characters there. Will be back again.

Spent two nights in the Pines while in Luton for a family party. Very friendly staff with excellent home cooking for both dinner and breakfast. Parking provided and very close to Luton Airport and the M1. Bedrooms and bathrooms look like they have been recently done up. Very good shower. Excellent value for money.

Sorry for the long review. On arrival I was met by a rude girl that could not be bothered let alone answer my questions. One of which was to ask if I need to book the restaurant seeing it's a Friday night, her reply was to say they are not serving food on a weekend bit odd. She could not...

Our family of 5 had just completed 10 days vacation in Scotland and we came back to be near our departing flight for home out of Luton Airport plus a couple days in London. The Pines is an anomaly. Kinda out of place in the neighborhood - an Irish family running a traditional pub/restaurant/small hotel in a transitional neighborhood. We...
