We visited this hotel prior to a flight from Luton airport. We selected it because it had a bistro on site and as we had an early start there would be no need to go out to find a meal. When we arrived, we had to go to find someone to check us in. We were informed rather bluntly that...

I have been staying at this hotel for twenty years when I am in the area on business. It has recently been stylishly modernized. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is consistently good

This is a very good family run hotel centrally located for Luton town centre and five minutes drive from the airport. The hotel is in an old building refurbished nicely with secure parking. Our room was at the top of the building(205) and was rather cramped but the bed was comfortable, shower good and importantly the room was quiet. We arrived...

Although the hotel is great and well maintened. The last I visit, the manager told me to contact them by email so I could get a better rate cause I stayed there for 6 nights. It has been 3 times I contacted them cause I had to go back to Luton, they never answered back, what a disappointment. Always had...

Just spent a lovely overnight stay in The Coach House suite. Beautifully decorated. There was a function going on but didnt hear them at all from our room. Staff super friendly and a special thanks to Keeley, Beth, Sam and Max for making it such a great night.

Excellent hotel. My Dad and I stayed here for two nights this weekend due to the fact I had a regional swimming competition. As soon as the hotel found out I was competing they changed our room to a court room so any functions within the Hotel would not disturb our nights sleep, this was excellent and very unexpected as...

I am going to get the "bad" out the way first, I was there as part of a wedding party so I expected lots of noise and music but with 4 year old when I tried putting him down to bed with myself at 8pm he complained it was too loud because the people outside and the noise from the...

Look no further. This is a great hotel with c20 rooms that I have used on numerous occasions for business. It has its quirks and that is part of its personality & charm. For me it ticks all the boxes - welcoming, friendly and helpful staff; comfortable rooms (they are all different), excellent food both dinner and breakfast, relaxed bar/restaurant...

Having read some of the reviews i thought this would be a good hotel with great food, how wrong i was. Terrible food in the evening and staff that do not care their response was rude and not how i expect to be treated a s a customer. One positive was the breakfast which was really good and the morning...
