2nd time we have stayed at Hyde Mill b&b. Location perfect for Luton airport, Watford, St.Albans etc..Very comfortable warm self-contained room with coffee machine, en-suite. Parking in courtyard literally outside the door. Quiet, country/farm location. Bed very comfortable, pillows not so sure. TV on wall seemed small but depends what you are used to. Katie collects children from school about...

I stayed here for 3 nights the other week while on business in Harpenden and found it to be a really nice place to stay. It's a good location, around 1.5m out of Harpenden and the setting is very nice - a stable courtyard surrounded by farm buildings and fields. It's a short drive back into the town or, equally,...

I stayed there for 10 days on a work trip and the place is great. Located in a farm, 5 minutes from Harpenden down town. Rooms are big and well equiped so that you feel like in a small appartment. The hosts are wonderful and you like to excersice there is a bike/running trail that goes along the river which...

We loved staying at Hyde Farm; Katie was very accommodating and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. The room we had (Millers Loft) was lovely; a nice sized bedroom, a lounge area and a separate 'kitchen', with views out over the river and countryside beyond. There was a laundry room we could use and we made the most...

In a rural area by a river, it has motel-like accommodation in converted stables round a courtyard, so you park outside your own room. Both bedroom...

Clean, stylish B&B in a pretty country location, had everything I needed. Have recommended to friends and would definitely stay again. Enhanced my trip to Harpenden. Katie made a lovely breakfast and also kindly arranged a taxi for myself and my friends in the evening.

Hyde Mill is the best value for money you will find in the area. A beautiful countryside location combined with first class accommodation and backed up with great service from Katie. You won't find better. It is located only a short drive or taxi ride away from the airport, station or other amenities but you do need a vehicle as...
