We stayed at the Relish for one night last weekend. Couldn't fault a thing - extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. We were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade too! Lovely room - great bathroom too. Such a comfortable bed too. And an excellent breakfast the next morning - tasty and good quality. We will be back again...

We stayed at The Relish in September for 2 nights. What a fabulous establishment! We stayed on the top floor (by choice) in "Cliffs". The view was very nice and the room was superbly furnished with very good quality furniture. The bed was huge and there was plenty of room to move about. There was a great TV in the...

Great B&B!! cannot complain about anything. One of the best value places we have stayed at and we travel alot. The building had just been re-painted and looked stunning, but its a beautiful building in any case. The owner was a lovely lady and let us have our room early as we needed to get ready for a wedding. Our...

If you don't think B&B is for you - think again! This is an excellent B&B which is really a hotel. I had an enormous room with a really comfortable bed and a lovely view. I had a lovely bathroom with a marvellous shower. Excellent reception. The great plus for The Relish is that you can have a coffee and...

From the welcoming booking confirmation email to the time we left the hotel the treatment was excellent. After a long days journey we received a very warm welcome at the hotel. Before settling into our room, we enjoyed the complementary beer and homemade cake on the patio. From the patio there is access to private shared gardens. The whole hotel...

The Relish was a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay and an improvement from other hotels n the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of little touches to make your stay pleasant. Our room was compact but well appointed and very clean. The toilets were a tad dodgey, but I found that was the case throughout...

Lovely clean freshly decorated rooms with the back rooms having a stunning view over the private park the Hotel shares with other residents. Good breakfast. Communal fridge downstairs offers complimentary Chardonnay and beer - shame there was no Sav Blanc!! Easy walking to town.

This was our second visit to the Relish as a one night stop-over before we caught the channel tunnel and again we found it to be just the ticket. The rooms are clean, newly decorated and have a feel of boutique luxury about them, lots of little touches that make you feel that you might be staying at a much...

Bright, clean, comfortable. And the rooms are good too! Really, the hotel is placed well in the town, close to some super restaurants and the Leas for an early evening/morning stroll. I stayed in 3 of their rooms over 3 weeks. Each had a high level of finish. The smallest - the single called 'Box' is very small by chain...
